Bui's has become the quintessential college meeting place on weekend mornings as students from all over campus stop by to get Bui's famous Hangover Special. Operated by a quiet, but friendly Vietnamese couple, Bui's prices are usually reasonable but may be inflated over other similar trucks (like neighboring Steak Queen) as it appears that this is the only truck known to everyone on campus. Still, Bui's is a great stop for breakfast and lunch sandwiches and is open seven days a week starting at 7am. -AG

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. 4 times. The language barrier is pretty bad, and I work in a lab full of foreigners. It was so bad it\'s kept me from going back. The sandwich itself was fine. Nothing amazing. I suppose I\'ll give them another shot, maybe for lunch. -passerby

I recommend going early since they can get backed up. Steak, egg, and cheese and the sausage, egg, and cheese are not to be missed. Pretty decent cheeseburgers and cheesesteaks too, and the hangover special is amazing. Bui\'s sauce on EVERYTHING. Stay away from the spinach though, it\'s kinda funky. -Ben Franklin

I had the Bacon and Eggs sandwhich with cheese for a mere $3. Considering I got a full footlong sandwhich, I thought it was great. The bacon was excellent, the eggs were just fine. The bread was obviously fresh. -MVS

The breakfast fare is among the best in the area. The sausage/egg/cheese on the toasted roll (with a Siracha and ketchup), is a top notch sandwich for under 4 dollars. The cheesesteak is similarly good, at a great value. The rolls are of great quality. Also of note is the speed is better than most of the other food trucks, they move quickly. In addition, I second the above point, Mrs. Bui is definitely bangable. -Skemo

I finally tried their ham/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich today after reading all the reviews and LOVED it. The bread was warm and fluffy, and all the ingredients melted together in harmony. This will definitely be one of my staples during my next few years at Penn. -Acct Nerd

Bui's is great. The people there are always nice and tend to remember your order if you get it more than once in a row. Perfect speed and portability if you are heading to a big lecture around 11. Make sure that when they ask you if you want salt, pepper, and ketchup, you say "Yes, and hot sauce, please," if you like that delicious Vietnamese rooster sauce. Wonderful on Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. As a vegetarian, the only thing I've had at Bui's is a eggsalad sandwich. It was kind of plain, but it's close to my side of campus and there's never a long line. -AG
